i visited in august. everything was so festive because of a national event! the staff all wore super cool red outfits with yellow stars. the receptionist was the real hero. she helped me book tours, like to ha long bay. the service was top notch!

my room had a small vanity. it was a bit tough to store all my stuff.

the location was very central. i could walk to many attractions and try local street food. the staff was friendly. their customer service was helpful and warm.

my room felt a bit small. there wasn't a window, so it felt claustrophobic. i also noticed that the cleaning crew could be quite loud early in the morning.

This hotel is amazing. the location is perfect. It is ideal for shopping. it is right in the middle of the action. the staff is very accommodating and helpful (especially daisy!).

my room was very small with no windows. it felt a bit claustrophobic. there was no window in our room, which i found a little disappointing.

The hotel is in a super convenient location near the night market. This was a definite plus. the staff was amazing. They were always ready to help. the hotel arranged a cruise to halong bay for me. i appreciated the help of the staff. The weather was not the best, but i still had an amazing time.

the room i booked did not include a window, i felt a bit claustrophobic! this.
